Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Note: After living in prison for so long, God sent Christ to free us from the powers that prevented us from serving him. Chained in sin ruled by the power of guilt, we were living in a dark dungeon constantly being reminded that we were sinners undeserving of God’s love. Sure we were sinners, but undeserving is called to question, on God’s part we were important to the point he laid down his own life for us. God stepped out of heaven and taking on the form of humanity he gave his life that he might ransom us back from the grave.
Now that we are redeemed from the grave, God pours out in our lives his Holy Spirit confirming that we were his own. We came to believe not because we knew God, but because we were known of God. God knew us and sent help from heaven and delivered us, and in delivering us we now bring fort fruit unto God, fruits of life.
The fruit of the spirit is to bring the message of the gospel to the ends of the earth, being raised up in Christ we now attack the enemy rescuing those who are bound in sin, trapped in the dungeons of the enemy that they might join us in Christ. Predestined children we were in Adam who killed us through disobedience, trapped in sin suffering the penalty of death, but when Christ came he raised us up in himself that we might live forever to his glory. Now because Christ lives we live also, and now as sons of God we will bear the fruits of the gospel. Read more at http://preuz.com/blog the meat of the conversation
