There are countless religions in the world today each having a similar content to life, but none as we know it have ever provided for the eternal soul what is needed. People are not confused concerning the truth, but are rather ignorant and full of pride believing they are their own gods they chose to deny the evidence provided in Jesus. God has sent His son to die for the sins of the world, we know this is true, but only a few will accept this gift.

Those of us who have accepted this reality have concluded that we are in need of a savior, a man who is able to redeem us from death. Jesus on Mount Olives proclaimed, ” Blessed are the poor is spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” Because He came that he might offer the kingdom to those who are in need of spiritual life. But only those who will draw the conclusion that they are in need will respond to the call of God through Jesus His son.

Jesus proclaimed, ” Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted” because upon their repentance and cry for redemption from the power of death, He will send forth His angles and deliver them from its power. How do we know this is true? We know it is true because of God’s demonstration of His love for His son Jesus who was raised from the dead when He cried out to God the Father. An angel came three days after His death and rolled the stone away from the grave and raised up Jesus from the dead. This demonstration was the fulfillment of God’s word spoken of His son and of us who have accepted His word.

Psalms 91:15-16 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.”

Jesus said, ” I Am the light of the world” Meaning He was the example through which God demonstrated His faithfulness to His word, so that those placing their trust in Him might know the faithfulness of God the Father. John told us, “But as many as received Him to them gave He the power to become the sons of God; even to them that believed on His name.” Accepting Jesus and relying on Him we have crossed over from death to life. ” Born not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor the will of man, but born of God”. (John 1:13)

Who are we now that we are born again, or in other words redeemed from darkness. We are the redeemed of God, and now through Christ we can reap the benefits of God’s promises knowing that the things that were written of Christ were also written of us fulfilled in Christ to our benefit. Now are we able to fulfill the will of God on earth, now are we able to live the word, now we have become the sons of God.

The words of God were fulfilled in Christ for our benefit, so that we might redeem and manifest God’s word on earth. Psalms 91:1-2 He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” This was made possible in Jesus who gave His life for us fulfilling the scripture and giving it its power to accomplish God’s will and purpose in our lives. We now abide in the shadow of God’s might because of Jesus.

He who have received the son of God shall abide in the house of the Almighty. Because he has said in his heart, the Lord is my safety and my strong tower. I have made the Lord my God, and I will trust in Him.  Jesus was and is our God and the shadow of God’s hand in our lives. It was because of Jesus we were given the gift of repentance, the right of son ship that was written of us by the prophets spoken by God.
