Psalms 1:1  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Although the world may live their lives against the will of God to our hurt, we will keep the law of God despite their wicked ways.

Psalms 32:1-2  A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

The Lord has forgiven our sins and He has not count them against us. He has removed the guilt and once again we are His sons.

Psalms 119:1-4  ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

When we keep the word of the Lord, the angel of the Lord will execute God‘s will on earth in our lives. Our enemies will flee and we stand to the glory of our Father.

Luke 11:27-28  And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

They key to God’s message is to keep His word despite the odds that are against us in the world, and the actions of those around us. This is our great reward and glory.

  1. Doing God’s right is always right no matter the cost. I live that, pay the price for it, but I have the peace of Christ here and now. Better to please The Boss than people!
