As Christians we know more than they do in the scientific world, and if we were called to explain the wonders of God, there is no doubt we could be successful at it. A close research has shown that it was Christians who had build these great universities around the world greatly influencing science.
Having a firm foundation on the word of God, and in the creation of the world by God, we have a mind the world just don’t understand. While they are earth bound we as Christians are heavenly minded, and the gifts of knowledge concerning the heavens are granted to us.
We understand that there are two types of bodies, both a heavenly and a earthly, and two forms of mind, both flesh and spiritual. We understand when we give power to the mind of the Spirit that is in Christ we are given access to the secret things of God. Jesus often speak of this addressing Nicodemus“ John 3:5-7 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again”.
Although this was explained to Nicodemus, he did not understand; therefore, he asked, ” How can these things be? Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knows not these things?
What is clear here, is that the world although they may think they know what is above and below, they are without knowledge serving only the flesh and the mind of this world. But as Christians we have both worlds, and in the end will come to rule over it all through Jesus Christ.
Let the world know we are aware of the dimensions of the heavens, we know the levels of the world above, the domain from which the fallen prince operates, and the kingdom of our God. It is nothing new to us for God has given us the knowledge to know, and the mind to understand. There are heavens above and beyond explained and revealed through scripture.
Psalms 115:16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
Isaiah 66:1-5 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? For all those things hath mine handmade, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog’s neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine’s blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not. Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
