Sentenced to Death, who will redeem him?

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. Genesis 1:1-5}

On the first day of creation, God put the world in focus, a plan to establish a kingdom on earth. And calling the world out of non-existence, He fashioned it to His liking, setting about it laws by which it is governed. These laws reveal the hand of God, so that man on earth would realize His present operation.

Because of the overwhelming evidence of God, our ancestors were a bit confused, and because of their denial of God the father, and in their confusion worshiped the created things, rather than the Creator. Before the fall of man; however, it was not so, Adam saw God face to face, and he was created in the image of God perfect and complete. It was not until the fall of man God turned away from us, and man was forbidden to look in the face of God.

“And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from which he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way of the tree of life”. Genesis 3:22-24}

However, before the fall of humanity, the report is that all things were good, and it was the pleasure of God to have placed humanity on the earth, that they might have rule, and power over it.

In many ways, we were gods, living perfectly in unity with the Creator who is Lord of Lords, but when we chose to take side with an enemy who is against the rule of God, we were judged, cursed, we were subjected to death according to the agreement.

“And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die”. Genesis 2:16-17}

Death was the result of our rebellion, and now who will redeem us. It was not God’s plan for us to die, we had the power to choose, and so in the end we chose to die. God’s plan for humanity; however, was for us to bear children; and building a relationship with each other, we were to have a full and complete life.

“And the LORD God said, ‘It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him'”. Genesis 2:18}

However, because of our rebellion, we have turned away from God, and serving our fleshly desires, we are perishing daily. God; however, according to His will and word as set in motion a plan of redemption that He might redeem humanity from his fall. That plan was to take on human form, and that He as God, having the power to lay down His life, and lifting it up again from the grave may pay the penalty for our sins.

As we continue along in this story, we will come to the full and complete knowledge of the savior and the result of man, having the answer to what happen to us once we leave this world.
